Created by artist Randlett Lawrence, known as Randy, Phantasma Gloria stands as a towering icon in Echo Park's residential community. Constructed from colorful glass bottles, wire, and tinted water, the sculpture sparkles in the morning light, refracting sunlight to create a dazzling array of colors and patterns.
